At the MSD Decatur Township School Board Meeting on February 14, 2023, the Decatur Middle School 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team was recognized for their outstanding season. Dr. Stephanie Hofer, Assistant Superintendent, congratulated the team and coaches on their 18-3 season and their tremendous individual and team growth. They capped the season off strong with a dominating performance, winning the Junior Mid-State Conference Championship.

Dr. Hofer also recognized the 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team from Decatur Middle School for finishing their season at 13-8, and showing phenomenal improvement and growth.
